At RorryBay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read below for more details.
Returns
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging.
- Some items, such as intimate apparel or clearance items, may be non-returnable. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at support@rorrybay.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and send it back to us.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- You will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@rorrybay.com, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you. You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
